The training program for developing enlightened pedagogical competencies for school teachers is grounded in the Enlightened Education model developed by the IRED Institute of Education.
The program aims to develop students’ practical management competencies, equip them with essential professional skills from a business perspective, and provide a platform for obtaining internationally recognized professional certifications (in management, human resources, and marketing) based on global standards from leading professional organizations worldwide.
Building on a foundation of scientific research and globally validated methodologies, the IRED Institute of Education has collaborated with both domestic and international experts to design and develop a unique, pioneering program in Vietnam for students, entitled the PLEMS Self-Leadership Program.
The IRED Institute offers training programs aimed at enhancing research capabilities in the field of social sciences for university lecturers and researchers at research centers and institutes. This program contributes to raising awareness about the formation of a generation of professional researchers in Vietnam with strong international integration capabilities and the ability to engage in extensive international collaboration within their respective fields of study. It also contributes to the "internationalization of research standards" among researchers in Vietnam and the "internationalization of research activities" in the social sciences in general and educational sciences in particular in Vietnam.
