Seminar: “Intelectual and Science"

On 2 June 2012, IRED organized the seminar entitled “Intellectuals and Science” at IRED's office (4 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan Street, District 3, HCMC).  Dr. Giap Van Duong (National University of Singapore) – the seminar's guest speaker, delivered a thoughtful and exciting speech to university lecturers, researchers, education officials from public and private institutions in HCMC. Graduate students were also participating in the dialogue. The seminar aims to encourage participants to reflect on the roles intellectuals should play in Vietnam.
